AI receptionist for the trades

Every call answered. Even the ones at 11pm.

When you’re under a sink or up on a roof, Load Path picks up. It takes the caller’s name, number, address and problem, flags real emergencies, and sends you a summary, so the job doesn’t go to the next name on Google.

Call the demo line and talk to it like a customer would.

The problem

Missed calls are lost jobs.

Many callers who reach voicemail don’t leave a message. They call the next company. Here’s what that costs if you miss three calls a week.

3
missed calls a week while you’re on a job
$400
per job, a typical residential service ticket
~$4,800
a month walking away, against $499 to catch it
How it works

Set up with one form. No sales call.

Tell it how your business runs, and it answers your phone the way you would.

Tell it your business

Your hours, service area, what you do, and what counts as an emergency in your trade.

Forward your calls

Send overflow or after-hours calls to your Load Path number. Your customers keep dialing the number they know.

Get every call in writing

Name, callback number (read back digit by digit), address, and the problem, with emergencies marked urgent.

What you get

It does the receptionist’s job, and nothing you didn’t ask for.

What it does

  • Answers overflow and after-hours calls on a number that’s yours
  • Takes name, callback number, address, and the problem in the caller’s words
  • Reads the number back so it’s never written down wrong
  • Flags emergencies immediately instead of burying them in voicemail
  • Sends you every call as a written summary

What it won’t do

  • Quote a price or promise an arrival time
  • Pretend to be a person when asked
  • Ask a caller for card or bank details
  • Call anyone. It only answers, never dials out

Safety comes first

If a caller reports a gas smell, fire risk, or active flooding, the assistant stops taking details, tells them to leave and call 911, and flags the call right away.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do I have to change my business number?

No. You get a dedicated Load Path number, and you forward your existing number to it whenever you want it answered: after hours, when you’re on a job, or when the line is busy. Your customers keep calling the number they already have.

Will callers know it’s automated?

If they ask, yes. It tells them straight. It speaks naturally and gets the details right, but it never pretends to be a person.

What happens with an emergency call?

If a caller reports a gas smell, fire risk, or active flooding, it stops taking details, tells them to get out and call 911, and flags the call as urgent. For trade emergencies you define (no heat below freezing, water through a ceiling) it marks the call urgent so you see it first.

Can it quote prices or book appointments?

No, on purpose. It takes the name, callback number, address, and the problem in the caller’s own words, and tells them you’ll call back. You keep control of pricing and your schedule.

Is there a contract or setup fee?

No. It’s $499 a month, month to month, with no setup fee. Cancel any time and you won’t be billed again.

Which trades is it built for?

Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, garage door, and pest control: owner-operators and small crews who lose jobs when the phone goes unanswered.
