Privacy Policy

Load Path provides an automated phone receptionist for trade businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information from our customers

When a business signs up, we collect the details entered in our signup form: business name, contact name, email, phone, trade, city, hours, service area, services offered, after-hours instructions, emergency criteria, and booking preferences. We use this only to configure and operate the receptionist and to contact the business about its account.

Information from callers

When someone calls a number answered by Load Path, the call is processed by our AI voice system. We collect what the caller provides, typically their name, callback number, address, and a description of the problem, along with call audio, a transcript, and call metadata (time, duration, number dialed). We use this to deliver call summaries to the business that was called, to flag emergencies, and to keep the service working correctly.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers. Stripe’s handling of payment information is governed by its own privacy policy.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to run the service, including providers for voice AI and telephony, database hosting, website hosting, email, and payment processing. They process data only as needed to provide their services to us.

What we don’t do

Retention

We keep customer account information while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for billing and legal purposes. Call records are kept while the account is active so the business can review them, and are deleted on request or after the account is closed.

Your choices

Customers and callers can ask us to access, correct, or delete their information by replying to any email from Load Path.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
