Terms of Service
Last updated October 20, 2026
These terms govern your use of Load Path, an automated AI phone receptionist for trade businesses. By signing up or paying for the service, you agree to them.
The service
Load Path answers calls forwarded to a dedicated phone number, collects caller details, identifies possible emergencies, and sends you summaries. It does not quote prices, schedule appointments, make outbound calls, or take payments from callers.
Not an emergency service
Load Path is not a substitute for 911 or any emergency service. When a caller describes a possible emergency, the receptionist directs them to call 911 and flags the call, but it cannot guarantee that every emergency will be recognized. You remain responsible for responding to your customers.
Automated and AI-generated
The receptionist is software. It discloses that it is automated when asked. Summaries and transcripts are generated automatically and may contain errors; confirm important details with the caller.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information during signup and keep it up to date.
- Comply with laws that apply to your business, including any notice or consent requirements for call recording in your area.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
Billing and cancellation
The service is $499 per month, billed in advance, month to month, with no setup fee. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges, and service continues until the end of the period already paid. Payments already made are not refunded except where required by law.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but it depends on third-party telephony and AI providers and may occasionally be unavailable. We are not liable for calls that are missed, dropped, or misrecorded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Load Path’s total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the month before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, or indirect or consequential damages.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the price with notice by email. We may suspend or end service for non-payment or misuse.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
